About: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has published notification of  Livestock Development Assistant vacancies.

Vacancy Details: 200 Vacancies [LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT IN THE DIRECTORATE OF ANIMAL RESOURCES AND ANIMAL HEALTH UNDER THE ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF W.B. [WBPSC]– TWO HUNDRED [23 for OBC-A (Non Creamy Layer), 13 for OBC-B (Non Creamy Layer), 41 for S.C., 13 for S.T., 06 for Meritorious Sports persons, 04 for Persons with Disabilities (Blindness or Low Vision) and 03 each reserved for Persons with Disabilities (Hearing Impairment) and Persons with Disabilities (Loco-motor Disability or Cerebral Palsy)]

Age limit as on 01/01/2019: Not more than 40 Years

Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification. (A) Must have passed Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent,

(B) Must have passed 1(one) year’s certificate course on Prani Sampad Bikash Prashikhan conducted by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent recognized by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal.

(C) Must be physically fit and capable of hard work and cycling.
