Educational Qualification:

Police Constable (Telecommunications):

• Pass in SSLC Examination or its equivalent.
• NTC in Radio/Television/Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/ Computer/Information Technology or equivalent approved by Government of Kerala or equivalent qualification prescribed in respect of Ex- Service personnel.

Police Constable (Armed Police Battalion):

• Pass in HSE (Plus Two) or its equivalent. Those who have failed in HSE(Plus 2) shall also be considered if sufficient number of qualified candidates are not available to fill up the quota

Kerala PSC Recruitment Selection Process for Police Constable:

• Selection will be based on the written test/ interview.
• Differently Abled candidates and female candidates are not eligible to apply for the post.
• If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test.
